I was exciting received an e-mail this morning from Demonoid, one of the most popular peer-to-peer/bittorrent-based semi-private community on the net, that now (as per 14 April 2008) Demonoid is come back online! yayy! Demonoid was shut down regarding to RCIA’s legal issue threat since November 2007. Here’s an e-mail from Demonoid staff.

Actually there is more story behind Demonoid since it’s shut down by RCIA. The former admin, Deimos, has been stepped down, and giving it’s full authority to his closed friend, Umlauf, which now became an admin of Demonoid. Since Demonoid being shut down, the thing that only work is just PirateBay, but now it’s complete again. I really miss Demonoid. Welcome back Demonoid! … And the bandwidth seem to be prepare to get super-abuse … again! argghh! yaayy!
